POLICIES

Salt River Range Outfitters has the following refund policy as it pertains to all deposits and fees paid to them by a client for any/all services provided or requested.

• At the time of booking a hunt¸ a $500 deposit for each species that you are booking to hunt is required ($750 deposit for late season cow elk). The deposit can be cash, personal check, certified check or money order. Outfitter is not responsible for cash being sent via mail.
• Any money paid as a deposit shall be applied to the total hunt price. The remaining amount owed for the hunt will be due the day the client arrives for their hunt. These fees shall be paid by cash, personal check, certified check or money order.
• Deposits are non-transferable.

In addition to the above, full refunds for all deposits and fees shall only be returned by the Outfitter to the Client in the following situations. Refunds shall be returned from the Outfitter to the Client within 30 days.

• No license draw for draw tags
• Death
• Official U.S. military orders or transfer overseas
• Serious illness with doctor verification. 

If a hunter wounds an animal, Wyoming law requires that every effort is made to retrieve it. We take this seriously as this precious resource is limited. If a wounded animal is not recovered it is up to the outfitter and guide to determine whether or not that animal has been fatally wounded or not. If  it is likely the animal is fatally wounded or an ill advised shot was taken, we will spend as much time as it takes to try to recover that animal. The hunt for that species will be over as it would be unethical to pursue another animal on that license. Salt River Range Outfitters believes in ethical, fair chase hunting and strives for clean kills.
